Glowbite Flashing Soft Baits are a breakthrough in soft plastic fishing lures. They combine the lifelike swimming action of premium soft plastics with a built-in flash that mimics the light signals of distressed baitfish. Every pulse of blue, green, and white light cuts through the water to grab the attention of predators, turning a standard soft bait into an irresistible target.
Soft plastic lures work because they look, sink, and swim like real baitfish. Flashing Soft Baits take this a step further by adding visual stimulation that predators can see from a distance. The constant flash works in clear, dirty, and deep water, helping your lure stand out when fish are feeding cautiously. Add in Glowbite’s scent-loading design, which slowly releases fish attractant as the lure moves, and you’ve got the complete package: sight, smell, and action.
Rigging Flashing Soft Baits is straightforward. Slide one onto a Glowbite jig head or weedless hook, making sure the lure sits straight so it swims naturally. On the drop, the lure shakes and flashes like a wounded baitfish. On the retrieve, every flick and pause throws out more light, drawing predators closer until they strike. Use slow lifts and controlled twitches to get the best flash-and-fall action.
Made from strong, stretchy material and paired with heavy-duty hooks, Flashing Soft Baits are designed to last multiple strikes and land big fish. Tested throughout New Zealand waters on snapper, kingfish, trevally, bass, and more, they consistently out-fish traditional soft plastics. Whether you’re working the shallows or probing deeper water, they deliver results where it counts.
If you want to improve your strike rate, it’s time to add flashing soft plastics to your tackle box. They’re the perfect choice for anglers who want to fish smarter and catch more, whatever the conditions.
